Derek and his team at AAMCO Walnut Creek took great care of me. Not only did they handle the transmission service on my GMC Canyon to fix what had been an ongoing problem. They also spent a lot of time in the truck searching for a super annoying squeak and eventually did find at least part of that issue. Overall I was very impressed with the job done.

Derek and his team did wonderful work on my Subaru! They fixed the transmission quickly and kept me updated throughout the whole process, and when my car was showing the same dash lights again they took a look and fixed the problem within the day. If I have any other transmission issues in the future I’m definitely going to schedule an appointment with this shop and their awesome crew!
I was referred to locally owned and oprerated AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care by a family member, thank goodness! So nearby, right in Walnut Creek with professional and throrough mechanics and a wonderful friendly staff. I own a 2003 Volvo S60 (old, in otherwords) that needed assessing for a potentially large issue previously diagnosed elsewhere and some other repairs.
