TRUSTWORTHY ADVISE! I called AAMCO Walnut Creek when my car with 59K miles started giving me transmission trouble. The dealer’s quote was EXPENSIVE! I reached out to Derek to get a lower cost repair. He patiently explained that replacing the bad part was labor intensive and it was better for me to get the transmission replaced and that Walnut Creek Ford would be incentivized to keep me satisfied as a customer.
