I am intentionally giving a rating 3/5, not because of Dr. Koreshi, but because of the sub-par office staff. Dr. Koreshi is a keen listener and a very good doctor! Her Telephone Support staff take eons to return calls. For example, my wife's is supposed to have a surgical procedure tomorrow and we are supposed to pick up an eye drop from the pharmacy. Highly professional and personsble. Nurses quite the same
If I had it to do over again, I would steer clear of this practice. Aaleya Koreishi could work on her bedside manner. I left the office crying after my 1 day post-OP appointment because of how unbelievably hostile she was towards my husband and I. She acted like she would rather be anywhere else in the world. She was condescending in response to mine and my husband’s questions, and acted like we should already know the answers. Dr. Korieshi came highly recommended by my retina specialist and I’m so glad I took his recommendation and visited her. She was caring, thoughtful and thorough. I feel well taken care of and confident that my vision is in the hands of a competent cornea specialist.
