Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this podiatrist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many
