I arrived at 1pm, an hour early, to get an x-ray done as instructed. (Would have been nice to go to Bldg C first) .I returned to the office at about 150pm for my 2pm appointment. Dr Shah got to me at 259pm! No apology for being so late. There were 2 people who checked in for him after me; I suspect they saw him first., or he was double-booked. Really disappointing experience.
It started out great Dr Shah is a great doctor. But some of his staff and his nurse practitioner I think her name is Kimberly she's very rude very condescending and treated me very badly also your medical assistant I think her name is Lexi or lex is a very rude person did not return phone calls I was in the stream pain first weeks with no response I had to file a case with the associates of the hospital I do not want anyone else to go through the experience and the pain that I went through
