Dr had HORRIBLE bedside manner and was vey dismissive. I do not recommended seeing this provider.
Dr. Goyal diagnosed my sweet 3 year old boy with EOE when I went to so many doctors after he had fallen off the growth chart and was not gaining weight. We have been with him ever since. That little boy is now an incredible 16 year old young man and Dr. Goyal has been with him the entire time. I am so grateful for his expertise and dedication to treating my son’s condition. I absolutely resonate with the others. He hardly took time to examine and he started walking out already while we were talking. His consultation fee is ridiculously expensive .We definitely expected a much better service.
I am not one to write reviews, let alone poor reviews. However, Dr Goyal was unfortunately very dismissive and seemingly not educated on the issue my child was facing. I would have liked for him to have listened more and made more thorough assessment during our appointment. I will say, his nurses were wonderful and he seems to be a personable man.
Avoid him at all cost if you love your children. He does not care one bit and was in and out in 30 seconds after he "diagnosed" my child and said you have to give him this medicine for the rest of his life. Didn't even run one test before suggesting we should give him medicine for the rest of his life. I feel like he got this job for the money and not to help kids. Absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. FYI got 2 more opinions and they said my kid is fine.
