Frederick has been amazing when it comes to dealing with floors. We had a major issue and he came to inspect multiple times, taking extreme carefulness and precision to repair. He without hesitation told us the honest truth at all times and we couldn't be more happier with the outcome. This is the same company that I used 30 years ago to polish my TERRAZO FLOOR. I was so happy they were still in business. They came out and after two and a half days I have the most magnificent TERRAZO FLOOR. Communication was excellent. Everyone was on time, and the workmen were very efficient , polite and respectful.
Frederick and his team were very professional. My marble countertop needed a lot of TLC and they came in and made it like new! I used them 5 years ago and same outcome-I am glad I found them again. Would highly recommended AA&J.
Fredrickband his team did such an amazing job on our old Cuban tile floors. We thought they were gone but they brought them back to a new life. They were so kind, professional and accommodating.
I had not touched my floors since I moved in about eight years ago and I mistakenly thought they were terracotta. Frederick set me straight. They are quarry tile and needed much tender care. He gave me an estimate, I said, yes, please and he came next morning with his crew at 8 am. Beautiful floors a few hours later. Could not have been more seamless.
