Stop right here! Look no further — AJ Tile is the BEST! From day one, I made a phone call and explained in detail what was wrong with my travertine tile. After I shared the problem, they suggested they could come out and clean a small section so I could see the results first. Would leave zero stars if possible. Horrible company for terrazzo, left floor uneven, put epoxy mix that didn't match in some holes and left other holes and dents unfixed. Had to bring in a different company to fix their terrible job.
Frederick has been amazing when it comes to dealing with floors. We had a major issue and he came to inspect multiple times, taking extreme carefulness and precision to repair. He without hesitation told us the honest truth at all times and we couldn't be more happier with the outcome. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone with extensive experience with flooring. Thanks again Frederick for coming to take care of our floor whenever we needed you to!
This is the same company that I used 30 years ago to polish my TERRAZO FLOOR. I was so happy they were still in business. They came out and after two and a half days I have the most magnificent TERRAZO FLOOR. Communication was excellent. Everyone was on time, and the workmen were very efficient , polite and respectful.
Frederick and his team were very professional. My marble countertop needed a lot of TLC and they came in and made it like new! I used them 5 years ago and same outcome-I am glad I found them again. Would highly recommended AA&J.
