AAJ installed both HVAC systems in our new build home. Our home and the units are 2 years old and we’ve already had technicians out to our house at least 5 times since we moved in. We had AAJ come back to service the units because they were still under warranty. First guy told us there was no problem and we just had our AC too cold and it couldn’t handle it. I am beyond frustrated with this company. This company did the initial AC install on our new build and we have had problems since day 1. We are six months into trying to identify where the leak is since we keep loosing refrigerant. Well, actually, most times they just come and recharge it (every three weeks) with promises they have fixed the system. So this last Friday they replaced the whole condenser unit because they can’t find the leak, and now a few days later, no power to the thermostat and it’s 30 degrees out at night... read more
