I rated this with one star only because there is no option to rate it lower. We bought a property that was under construction and furnace and rough in duct work had been installed by Aairco. The a/c unit and completion was part of the sales agreement and my understanding is sitting in their yard waiting to be installed. I began calling them in early December, now it is April I was to the point of calling weekly. Told my husband for a few weeks that we needed to have our unit serviced. He seemed to feel like it did not and it was cooling just fine. I went ahead and called AAirco to have them come out and take a look. The nicest guy Eric came, checked everything thoroughly and stated that it was a good thing we called because our capacitor needed to be replaced and the unit needed to be charged.
