AAI has been coming to my home over 15 years, I have had a number of technicians over these years, the quality and professionalism has never changed. From my technicians to the office staff, this is a wonderful company. I have had others come to my door trying to get me to change over (we all know some of these "pest control companies"), I refuse to go anywhere else. Great outfit. Very good about special call-outs. Our tech is wonderful about hitting all the major problem spots and explaining the chemicals he is using. We have a motorhome on the property and he is especially careful about spraying for ants in that area.
