I found the office staff very pleasant easy to work with and knowledgeable. I spoke to a person named Diana and she was able to not only answer all of my question but answered questions I didn't even know I had yet. I look forward to continue working with her and Aafiya! This is the first home health agency that I can't wait to have them in my home. I have had other agencies that I was always on gaurd when in my home as something about them made me feel uneasy.
