The location is prime.Prices are very affordable. Rooms are nice. Staff is super helpful and overall very friendly and super cool. Awesome choice of cafes and restaurants near by. Its VERY safe here. You dont hear much noise from the traffic in your room , so its advantage as well. Very happy with management!! Thank you for a great service and giving people an opportunity to stay in a safe place , in prime location for affordable prices.

Great space for my needs , management always helping when needed, easy access , 1 street way from the beach . Amazing location !!! Will stay again if needed. Recommend
It’s a safe, affordable and convenient place to live with under 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. The move in process was simplified compared to other housing options and my room was pretty well equipped. The building itself could be in better condition… However despite some minor drawbacks. Problems are addressed quickly and the management team is really responsible when it comes to helping you out. I love that all bills are included. The value is unbeatable and this place is definitely here to stay 🙌🏼🇦🇷
Cool area and super walkable with the beach right there. I love that there’s a cafe and a convenience store onsite which is priceless. The staff is great too, always willing to help. You can’t beat the price, this area has gotten so expensive. I am so glad I found this place.
