This Company came out to repair my dishwasher in August. The technician said I needed a new heating element and would order it but not to expect it to arrive quickly due to Covid! I called today to find out when they would be returning to fix the dishwasher. The rude, completely unprofessional "manager" that I spoke to told me they never ordered a part, nothing they could do now, they don't know what technician came out, call my warranty company to file another claim so they can get paid again to come back out.
