After a water intrusion event, Aaction Restoration rushed in to shove a blank-check contract into my hands, demanding I sign everything over before even providing a written estimate. When I wisely refused to authorize destructive work and demanded transparency, they retaliated by refusing to send the estimate at all and cutting ties. Divon dis a great job overseeing the work done in my basement. The work was done well and the work area was left very neat and clean. I would highly recommend.
I was referred to Aaction through an insurance claim to clean up after frozen pipes broke in the kitchen. The work included water mitgation, replacing the kitchen floor, and repairing damaged cabinets and floor boards. The team, lead by Divon, was excellent in every way. Divon made sure I was kept informed about the timeline and process, and answered my questions professionally. The quality and workmanship of the workers was excellent. I couldn't be more pleased and would use Aaction again and recommend it to others.
