paid $1500-2000 over a year ago for a heat treatment. they did keep coming back to respray. although they are very hard to get ahold of. we still have bugs and we are treated like it's our fault and the receptionist, I think it's brittany, is always so rude and angry. and now they don't want to continue helping us unless we come up with more. which we don't have. the money that was paid last year was actually from a charity. and this place guarantees 100% satisfaction. We have had your service for over a year. The rudeness I have received from Brittany in your Waterloo office has been nothing but unpleasureable. I called yesterday to cancel my appointment for 7:30 today. I have been very ill and am still ill. I wanted to reschedule. She was rude and said well since you can only have them come certain times and this is our busy time. Not once did she say I am so sorry to hear you have been ill. Had an appointment for three weeks. Got off work early to meet them-no show! We called and they didn't have a record of our appointment. No apology. UNAABLE Pest Control!
They have been spraying my residence for the past 15 years and they do an amazing job very perfessional.
Will not recommend. Gives less then 24-48 hour notice to come service your home more often than they should and will bill fully for inside and out even if they only did outside if you weren't home. If you don't respond back in time after they call to let you know they will be coming, even if it's less than 24 hours, they will show up, you get billed because they will do the outside anyway without asking. Totally unfair! I will make sure my experience is known.
