I had a very disappointing experience with this company and feel customers should be aware of their billing practices. When placing an order for oil, they ask how much you want to fill (for example, $500) and take full payment by credit card before filling the tank at the door. However, the delivery person may only fill a lesser amount (e.g., $470), claiming the tank is full. I ordered oil I was told would arrive on Tuesday. I was home all day no oil the next day they told me it would be there ( Wednesday ) again no Oil I called on Thursday and was told they weren’t sure what was going on so I cancelled my order and ask for a refund.

As a new homeowner getting my first oil fill, I contacted this company because I wasn’t sure how the process worked, and has seen their trucks around. Instead of being guided, I was told I had to specify the exact dollar or litre amount myself. Again, wasn’t sure how it worked. I assumed it would be like gas, fill until full then pay. I was told I had to be home for delivery and was given the option of a 15- or 30-minute heads up.I chose 30 minutes.
