If I could give them a zero I would have. I ordered 300 litres of furnace oil as our tank has to be replaced in the fall. They charged me for the 300 litres. A few days later I saw another more expensive charge. Went and looked at the tank and it was full. I called and they told me it was a problem with the truck and your tank was filled. I use Aabel for oil and propane at my house. I have never run out and they are always quick to respond if I need service!
We are on auto delivery. Aabel fuels did not show up for over 13 weeks and let our tank run dry. They did not have emergency fil up services and did not compensate us for the diesel we had to use to get through the cold February nights. After speaking with a manager I was assured the issue was fixed, but now it is over 8 weeks later and once again they did not show up. I will be looking into other companies.
