As a new homeowner getting my first oil fill, I contacted this company because I wasn’t sure how the process worked, and has seen their trucks around. Instead of being guided, I was told I had to specify the exact dollar or litre amount myself. Again, wasn’t sure how it worked. I assumed it would be like gas, fill until full then pay. Great company and good people. Locally owned and operated.
Multiple times now I order and pay online and they just don’t show up for days after delivery date. When you call they say their hands are tied and still make you wait days after the agreed delivery date. This has happened 3 times now since February. They don’t care if you have small children at home in a freezing cold home. They will not rectify any errors caused by them whatsoever. They actually blamed me for not ordering sooner. Sometimes they deliver and sometimes they don't. Company will not let you know if your order isn't being delivered, and if you require to pay at the door, and request a call to insure you are there...don't bother. Driver rarely called, and in one incident driver came to the door, knocked and then left without waiting for someone to come to the door. When I called the company, they were less then kind.
