Well, when I called, they said I must bring my amp in to have it looked at. I needed two new RCA jacks, and my power switch needed to be cleaned. I met the service writer who informed me, that there was a $175 fee just to look at it, and then "we can go from there". I said I would be fine if he will replace my jacks and clean my power switch, but he would not agree. The $175 of course was non refundable. These are exorbitant rates. We have Repaired and serviced our church's two Sony projector systems with long throw lenses that were giving us different error codes. We found this store after calling sony for help and support, they provided quick and good repairs. I have since come back to this place for our electrolux vacuum parts and bags to maintain our facilities. brought a vacuum in and they fixed it quickly under warranty for me but what i wasnt expecting was the great advise they game me about mounting my TV in teh cubby hole i have at home which i have had a very hard time figuring out a good way to do. Friendly staff with great customer service.
This place doesn't even deserve one star. ZERO IS WHAT THEY ARE DESERVE! DON'T DO BUSINESS THERE! The salesmen are slick, dishonest, rude, and their business ethics are extremely dishonest. I don't even want to go into what we experienced because it is still so unbelievable to me. I wish we had read the reviews before we ever drove to Centennial to do business with them. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT trust or purchase anything from these crooks. We purchased a vacuum from these clowns which promptly started spewing oils on a brand new carpet. When we called them about the defective vacuum they simply stated that "All sales are final". They talk a great game but their follow through service sucks.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! Do not give this shop any business! Like many other reviewers, I was told a price to examine two amplifiers and included in that price was the estimated repair costs. I was told about 90% of the time these estimates are correct. After waiting four times longer than promised, I called and waited even longer to hear that the repairs would cost almost twice what I had already paid!! Over the phone I was told it could likely be fixed in-house...of course they arrived and said they needed to take it. Two nice young men took my 58" TV. Customer service rep, Richard followed up to see if I wanted it fixed. Suffice to say, Richard should not be dealing with customers, simply put, he is rude. i have been looking for a new Simplicity vacuum cleaner for some time because they are quality vacuums made in the USA.these guys have the full line up and offer a trade in on my old vacuum too
