I’ve had this unit or should I say units for over seven years. I had to move from West Virginia to Chicago and I had to leave all my stuff in storage. The staff and the company have been very helpful over the last seven years and Have helped me numerous times. I just recently went and got all my stuff out of Storage and turned my units in. If I was in the area, I would definitely recommend this place.
I wish it was a 24hr facility so if we need to get belongings out later than 9pm we could do so. It is a great place to use for storage that I was going to need a bigger unit for my belongings but the 10×20 was big enough.
I rented a unit of a size I thought would be large enough. The day we arrived with my belongings I knew I needed a larger unit. The change was handled smoothly. I was not made to feel silly I didn't know what I wanted. The unit is clean and well maintained. The lone woman working there is very efficient and friendly.
