Customer service lady was very friendly and helpful. Wish they would replace all the old metal carts with the new larger plastic ones though.
I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were in good hands. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, always willing to answer any questions I had.
