Terrible Company! Called for service because my generator broke down. Service engineer showed up and couldn't fix it (but diagnosed a defective part that is so expensive to replace that the generator was total-loss). Then I get an invoice for "preventive maintenance"! I did not want to pay for that and settled the invoice for $300 with Ron, as the engineer had diagnosed the issue, and paid the owner that same day $300. AAAA Generator used to be top notch ten years ago before the owner expanded. What was a simple and inexpensive job for Fitch Electric was a four year fiasco with AAAA Generator. The price point difference between the two was over $2,000.00. The trouble shooting after the installation was like night and day. The complaint I filled with the CSLB against AAAA Generator was validated in their final analysis.
