Terrible Company! Called for service because my generator broke down. Service engineer showed up and couldn't fix it (but diagnosed a defective part that is so expensive to replace that the generator was total-loss). Then I get an invoice for "preventive maintenance"! I did not want to pay for that and settled the invoice for $300 with Ron, as the engineer had diagnosed the issue, and paid the owner that same day $300. AAAA Generator used to be top notch ten years ago before the owner expanded. What was a simple and inexpensive job for Fitch Electric was a four year fiasco with AAAA Generator. The price point difference between the two was over $2,000.00. The trouble shooting after the installation was like night and day. Best generator place in the bay area. They will listen to you and tell you want you need and not convince you to buy something you don't need. They provide all your generators needs ( but not on the little portable ones you can buy at Home Depot. Lol). If your curious check them out on their website. They have their prices on their website so it will save you some time from waiting for a response from answering a series of 21 questions from other vendors before you get a quote.
