Scott did a wonderful job helping with my pool questions
After seeing how a close friend of mine had to go thru not only with a swimming pool they bought from here last year. Being told that it would be set up by a certain date and was not done until 3 weeks after the original installation date. Multiple phone calls to figure that out. She also called to have a pool table to be re felted and was told they can come out Friday to do it. To be called hour later and was told that they are short staffed and not able to do it. Mr Clay, we have tried to resolve this issue with you. As I said before, it is unfortunate that you waited over a year after the pump was installed, and having paid zero of the balance due, to let us know this information. Yes, we are willing to work with you and it is unfortunate that you are upset, however we simply cannot provide free labor or parts to any of our customers. You requested our work, we provided a service. Unfortunately a seal was not going to fix the problem.
If you want somewhere to buy your chemicals from or even a pool or spa, I would highly recommend coming here. My mom and I has been with them for years now. She's been going through this company since they were across the street. She just loves going their because they are very friendly, respectful and very helpful. A year ago my sister bought a spa through them and loves it. Your business has really grown, and it's a very clean and nice building.
