I'm sorry the repair person didn't even carry waterproof tape on his truck, to be able to fix a leaking washing machine hose and a leak inside the machine. Instead, he quickly promoted buying a new $400 washing machine from Amana - the name on his truck - or gave the option of a $350-plus repair. This for a 62-year-old customer laid off a long-time job and with a disability.
I called AAA Home service and the lady on the phone was very nice. She scheduled a Electrician out for my electrical problem and a appliance tech out for my washer. Both men were very nice, clean, wonderful men. I was very happy. I would recommend this co. to anyone! Thank You!
My washer was leaking, so I called them and made an appointment. They got me in that day and fixed it with no problem. I would use them again and recommend them to friend and family!!!! Thanks
Both appointments that I made with this company were not keept. The first time he showed up almost 2 hours late. I was told he had to finish his day and waited till he was headed home. The next time was because he didn't want to drive to st.peters then back out to where I lived. I had to wait till it was convenet for him. When I tried to complain I was told well your not being logical so we won't fix your appliance call someone else.
POOR SERVICE. we will not be using the company again. The service man was late, then told us the company for our shower handle was no longer in business (not true, was bought by Kohler) and didn't think he could get the part. But IF he could get the part would NOT guarantee the repair. He would however, replace it with Moen but it would be triple the cost of repairing it. We contacted another company, they were able to get the part (easily) and repaired it w/o any problems. We will not be using this company again. What a sca... read more
I would highly recommend this company, just as my friend recommended it to me. We have had them come to our home twice. Both service guys were extremely polite, professional and honest. When my dishwasher only required a simple, easy to install part, he told me where I could buy the part and how to install it myself, saving me the cost of his labor. I am a customer for life, thanks to their commitment to excellent customer service!
Same day service was great and the technician was on time. The coupon and professionalism was timely and an incentive. My washer was up and running before the hour was up. Would recommend to any one and will use them again.

I believe this person must have the wrong company. I have been using AAA for 10 years for all of my home services, and this does not sound like them. They have always been helpful. straight forward, friendly people. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
