Had an issue with the AC system not cooling effectively on Sunday 6/28. AAA was able to get someone out the next day. Others were going to take until Wednesday. Austin arrived, assessed the situation and fixed the problem. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing and why. Thanks!
I had someone come out to repair my dryer. Will was professional and knowledgeable however I did not like the fact that he wasn’t able to replace belt in my dryer due to having to order the parts. I have to wait an additional week for the parts to be available. If I would’ve known this ahead of time I would not have used this company. This information should have been disclosed upon my scheduling the appointment.
My air conditioner decided it no longer wanted to cool my house. After a long hot weekend, Austin arrived early Monday and quickly resolved the issue. He was polite, professional and took his time explaining things to me. I highly recommend AAA Home Services.
Repaired a dryer timer. It broke again 30 days or so later said it wasnt their problem. Failed repair. Dont use triple AAA. Find another hvac service . They might tell you your broken appliance isnt their problem as well.
I just had Andrew from AAA Home Services come out to see why my ice machine hasn’t been working. Turns out there were 2 many ice clusters formed and no ice could come down. He also explained that if I don’t use the ice all the time, there was a switch where I could help prevent the hot air from up into the ice. Well that was money well spent & didn’t have to buy a new refrigerator! Thank you Andrew!!
