I don't want to give a great review since more people will use this office..... I don't understand why the registry can't do this job as well, with the ease, quick service, and smiles on the faces of all that help.

I have been a AAA member for at least 20 years, and for the first time, utilized the "TRIP-TIK" service available at AAA. Although I have a Nav system, I wanted this paper to review on the 5 day college tour with my daughter. It was REALLY helpful to have, and they could not have been more pleasant and efficient at AAA!!!!
I live in Roslindale and when I needed to renew my license decided to go to the roslindale rmv branch, but to my surprise there was a line starting from outside, so I search for other branches online and found that I could renew my license at a AAA branch. I am so happy that I choose this option because it took roughly ten minutes to have my license renewed and when I got back to town am sure all those people in line had not even gotten their tickets to see a branch representative yet.
If anyone is dreading getting their license renewed, go here! They are fast, friendly and quick. The total opposite of the RMV! Yes, I did say friendly... The clerk even helped me make sure my license picture didn't look like a total goofball. I wish I remembered her name and I would mention it because she was super nice and made me laugh. When was the last time anyone laughed at the RMV... The whole process took less than 15 minutes.
Friendly staff with very knowledgeable manager Donna Hoyle. Always accommodating and goes way beyond what is asked for. Thanks again.
I needed to review mu auto registration and the service was first class. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The staff was most courteous.
A hidden treasure for RMV services. I arrived when they opened and there was barely a line. I was in and out quickly. What a different experience from the regular RMV!
