Just came from getting my Real ID. The service was excellent and the entire staff not only professional but they assisted everyone in completing and understanding the process to get the new license. I can actually say it was a pleasant experience. Thank you!
Me and my wife went to get passport size photo done at this location for my 5 week old son and the lady who took photo was nice but very racist i thought. After she took photos she was telling my son not to turn in to a terrorist and dont shoot people and dont smuggle drugs in to country when he grows up. I was surprise at that time and thinking why is she saying this to my son who is only 5 weeks old. Is it because we are from india? As always, I found the staff friendly and helpful. Beside obtaining travel information, I was pleased that I could renew my car registration - easy and no line!! It took just a few minutes.
Excellent service from all the workers at the AAA office in Westwood, MA. Made it so easy to renew license and car registration. I have had AAA for quite a few years and am so happy that they can do these things and make life so much easier than sitting in the Roslindale registry office. 5Star rating from me!

I never realized that you could renew your registration at a AAA office until last week. I was in and out of the Westwood office in 4 minutes, which would NEVER be possible at the RMV. I've already recommended this to several friends with AAA.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I added motorcycle coverage and the only draw back was that no one knew exactly where the coverage is good. I guess some regional clubs don't offer the coverage. I think the company as a whole needs to be clear. The Westwood office made me aware of this.
Have had AAA for years. Recently had passport pictures taken and purchased discount tickets. Fast efficient and friendly experience.
