First time I've used a DMV Kiosk since moving here 3 years ago. Had our smog done at our local service location then headed to our local AAA office where the kiosk was located. Found it incredibly easy to use, had my smog inspection info including mileage, license plate number and VIN ready available, had easy to follow clear instructions and I got my registration and plate sticker right at the machine. Took less that 5 minutes. Plan to use it again next year.
You must personally go into the store if you want to speak with a live person. Voice mail from hell.
Excellent service with no wait time.
