Needed Renters insurance at a good price. I found it!
On June 19th,2025 I had a flat tire on my 2012 Toyota 4Runner. It was parked at my daughter's house in downtown Chattanooga. After contacting AAA, we waited over 2hours before getting another text telling us it would be another hour before anyone could be dispatched. At that point, my son in law and I just went ahead and changed the tire and I canceled the service call. I would have understood the delay If we had been in some remote location. The personnel were nice, but we ended up booking our own trip. They could not get our trip the way we needed it. We ended up doing it at home.
Jovan was the most helpful. Get this guy a raise! 10/10 job.
I’ve been sitting on the side of the road for over 3 hours. I can’t get a hold of anybody at AAA. I just keep getting a message saying somebody will be sent to me soon. Very unhappy. I am a premier member paying obviously too much for crappy service.
