AAA offer great services. Very convenient.
The staff at this location are not up to date on requirements of International Driving Permit. They sold me an IDP that was worthless in Vietnam, and instead of apologizing for causing inconvenience, they refused to give me a refund and suggested I wait for their manager to return. I don’t understand why giving a refund for an IDP that cannot be used for the intended purpose requires a manager’s approval.
A very delightful experience. Easy parking, greeted by a friendly helpful receptionist. Zach helped me with my license plate transfer. He was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. All done quickly and painlessly. Thank you Zach and AAA
