I'm only going by our experiences...but they have always treated our dogs great. When our dog got out of our back yard (this was many years ago), she somehow ended up at Wagging Tails...I guess she went somewhere she knew.
I still give AAA wagging tails 5 stars. No matter what is going on right now they have always taken great care of my dogs. One that went every month for over 10 years and now my new puppy who goes every month for the last year. These people are a joke, they have horrible customer service skills and are now doing horrible grooming jobs. I would think twice before carrying any of my fur babies to these people they are rude to the people and their pets. Not only do your pets come back cut and bleeding they scream and rough handle them when they think no one is watching. Only reason I gave 1 star is there isn't a button for f*^?!ing pathetic.
