After years of loyalty and patronage I will no longer be giving this establishment any more of my hard earned money. Earlier today I had the worst experience ever dealing directly with the owner, Linda. She was rude and spoke to me in front of others customers in a very disrespectful manner. I brought my golden doodle puppy in and as the discussion evolved Linda disregarded my specific request to not shave my dog. My little dogs is very difficult to groom and they still take him and do an excellent job.
All dog groomers are heros, dedicating their lives to taking care of others people's dogs, good dogs, bad dogs, and dogs that their owners have turned into little bastards that bite their groomers for trying to turn them into a beautiful dog that their owners have neglected and let their hair be a dirty matted mess. Twenty years in the business represents at a minimum grooming ten or more dogs a day, day in and day out.
