This is the best sewing store with the terrific customer service!!! Someone is always available to help with same day service for machines!!!! I brought in my machine for service and left buying and updating both my serger and sewing machine to the top of the line Babylock machines. I did this because of his terrific trade in deal and lowest prices. Couldn't turn it down. Even bought a new sewing chair!!! I went into the store to get some needles for my old Pfaff and ended up with a new pfaff performance icon and a babylock Triumph serger. Good grief what deals that Peter was making. I don't live in San Jose but go visit my family once or twice a year and I always get to this store. It was great before, but now it's awesome. The owner Peter is an awesome person. he really takes a personal interest in everyone of his clients. It doesn't matter where you get a good deal, Peter will always beat it. I hear about his store located in NV, when i was at a quilting retreat in Idaho. i went to check it out..sure enough I was amazed. wouldn't shop anywhere else!
