I wouldn't even give this company a one star. I strongly encourage not using this company due to their lack of professionalism with showing up. We had to call several times after the initial work was started to get Christi to show up to complete the work. We received a different excuse each time as to why she needed to reschedule coming back to finish the job. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a company and regret using Cristy. When she did show up, after multiple times of missing our appointments, she was 4-5 hours late every time. Then, she stopped showing up or responding. I was incredibly patient because I wanted my work completed, but in the end I was too trusting and patient because she dropped off the face of the planet and I'm left to find a new company to fix all of her mistakes. Finish started peeling with very little use. Every time I talk with them they say they will call back. Looks like their warranty is worth nothing and they will not call us.
