Charlie and Chuck, father and son, were knowledgeable, professional, mannerly and interested in doing a superb job. Iâ ve already scheduled them for additional work.
Professional service, ease in scheduling. To avoid pricing confusion, get a written quote. The verbal price was $25 less than Lowes, the actual price $50 more. Forty minutes after the appointment time, I called to discover arrival would be three hours later, because of the job ahead of mine. Although the job was discussed on phone and I purchased the recommended parts for the fan install on a 12 ft ceiling, they did not arrive with the correct ladder.
