I had brought my car in for a replacement battery a few months ago, which was covered under a AAA warrenty, and was pleased with the quick service. Last week, my car would not start, and I had it towed to their facility. It turned out the be the gear shift indicator, which they quickly fixed, and I was please with the price. I like that they do not "look" for things to fix on my car, and just do what I've asked. Both times I've been to their facility, I have not felt overcharged.
Expert diagnosis and repair...and good coffee as well. I have taken my car and my truck to AAA Automark Car Care Center in Morrisville, NC on several occasions, most recently yesterday. My experience each time was altogether positive. They diagnosed the problem correctly the first time, repaired it quickly, and explained what they did and why, and they only repaired what they needed to repair to correct the problem. The travel agent at this location is not very competent. When we used her to book our honey moon cruise to Alaska we decided to get the whole package through them (cruise and airfare.) When we booked the cruise we planned on flying out of buffalo to go to vancouver the day after our wedding. We told the travel agent that we would need a flight in the late morning or early afternoon out of buffalo since it would be very difficult to get to buffalo from Erie early in the morning, especially since our wedding reception wouldn't... read more

Must be a member, but its worth it – It's so much easier getting your registration here than at the DMV. I'd rather pay the yearly membership here than deal with grumpy government employees.
Poor service! Do not trust! – I took my car there based on the reviews below, so I know this seems strange, but I had a horrible experience! I took my car in because it wouldn't start so first they replaced the battery, then they replaced the starter. Neither one fixed the car but by then they had already charged me ~$350. Then they told me they were "certain" that the problem was the $820 engine control module (ECM). I took my car back and tried to work on it myself. disappointing resolution – Completely disappointed with the way AAA of Colorado handled my last towing. I have been a member for about 8 months and have never had to use my membership until a few weeks ago. I had a starting problem with my Jeep Wrangler and needed it towed to my mechanic. Well, it took almost three hours for the tow truck to arrive, it was a good thing I was home and not stuck on the side of the road. Horrible service, incompetent technicians – I wish I've seen their reviews before going there. This is a horrible place and they will destroy your car - not fix it. They identified a problem with my car and charged me over $1000 to fix it. However, I could not drive a mile after I got it back and same problem came back. When I took it back to them, the original representative did not show up. Another representative agreed to look into it and fix for free of charge.
