On a road trip from AZ, cylinder 8 misfire, could not get the top clip off the coil with 0 space and big hands - Iman dropped everything and helped out with 0 hesitation. Got my family & I back on the road getting that clip off for me. Cannot thank him enough and would recommend based on customer experience alone!
