I'm in the market for an enclosed trailer and one from Triple A Trailers caught my eye. I tried to purchase the trailer while talking the the sales rep "Ralph". In summary, "Ralph" was extremely hard to reach by email, on 2 occasions it required several days and repeated requests to get a reply. I attempted to reach them by phone, calling 8-9 times. No one ever answered the phone. I asked "Ralph" if the 5 week quoted lead time was real, his reply was: "Our build time is 4 weeks and that's the best we can do. We are wide open... read more
