Unbeatable prices. I called so many septic companies to get a quote and AAA have the best prices in Rochester, NY. Dave is very servicial and polite. They way he handles customer service is amazing. It took a little to get in touch but went we did I can say was a very pleasant experience. If anyone needs septic service this is the company you need to call. I’m selling my house and needed a pump and septic inspection It was very nice working with AAA. I dropped my phone and can’t make voice calls but it didn’t halt the process we set everything up threw Facebook and it was less expensive then what my realtor predicted it to be. Thank you AAA
Called twice in two days. Recording said they would call back by 5:00 the same day. No calls. I wonder if they are even still in business. Poor.
Dave, Noel, and Bill were fantastic and installed an entire new septic system at a reasonable price. Very happy and I highly recommend them.
