Clean space, informative about repairs/upgrades. Was impressed that I got an email about the lock not being on my unit (I had been emptying the unit and was notified about it before I even had a chance to let them know I was all done) so they are very observant and aware of things with the storage facility.

My experience was great. The courteous and attentive help I received was exactly what I needed. From the size of the unit to its location was expert advice. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a storage unit.
The storage units at the Hendersonville, NC facility are in a quiet location, clean and in good shape but unlit, which is only a minor inconvenience. We were able to move our things in as soon as we filled out the forms online. My only concern was I had a very difficult time getting through to the location office on the phone when I had questions, but there is someone available if you show up in person.
