Great place and good price for storage
I never had issues with them but I don’t know what’s going on now with communication. In the past (2yrs ago) I had my card stolen, and when the payment didn’t go through, they called me. Unfortunately this time it happened again, but I was only notified by email, which goes to my spam. I realized it two months in that I wasn’t being charged by AAA so looked into my email found theirs in spam and saw I was late. Great management team! Made me feel welcome! Cassandra (The Office Manager), was real knowledgeable, funny and warm. For a few minutes I forgotten why I was even there. She shown me a couple of different size units in non climate and climate controlled. The access to get into the facility was really secure plus, they live onsite providing extra security and, the property was clean.
