Predatory place makes you get insurance and then my unit had rats and the clause in the lease doesn’t cover it but they smile in your face and hand you a pamphlet with the number to call to file a claim and they don’t cover the loss! The place is filthy and poorly run! I would never rent from cubesmart again and I have had unit from psl to Miami never an issue! The staff is rude. Especially the manager! Just came to our cube to pull some stuff out of it as we had moved a few months ago. Turns out the AC unit above our cube has been leaking into it and has destroyed hundreds of dollars of our belongings. Some of it is not replaceable as it is no longer made and were passed down to us from our grandparents and great-grandparents. I will never be using one of their cubes again after I'm able to empty it and recover what I've lost.
Easy to navigate their online process. Very pleased with how clean the facility is maintained. The company provides a lock for your storage unit so moving in is less stressful.
