First time renting a storage unit. Did a little recon online, but I did not reserve any particular unit size as I wanted to see the options in person. Stopped by and met with Lexi who was efficient and very helpful in answering my questions. We looked at a couple different options, took some measurements of a few things I had with me that I wanted to store, and I ended up renting one of the climate controlled units. All told, it took about 45-60 minutes from time I arrived to when I left. Very good experience all around.

Outstanding customer service from Lexi at the front desk at the branch on FM1826 in south Austin. Lexi explained all our options, provided plenty of useful information, and was most helpful in the rental process.
Lexi at store local was amazing to work with. She helped me get into my storage unit when I had some issues very friendly places clean and units look good to go highly recommend if you’re in the southwest area of Austin.
Lexi was great and got me what I needed quickly!
