I really don't know what all the bad reviews are. This place is absolutely wonderful. Customer service was great. The place is clean very reasonably priced I've been to some of the higher priced storage areas and I'm not a impressed with their customer service or their prices if I could give this a higher rating than five I would. They went out of their way to help me I highly recommend!! Cindy McCormick
HORRIBLE!!! At first, it seems like a well kept and good storage facility. However, don't believe the 24 hours that are advertised on the sign and also the website because you can't access it after. What's supposed to be 10:00 p.m. if you're lucky enough to have the keypad work for you. The keypad worked for me to be able to get into the facility but getting out was a completely different story because the keypad would not allow me to exit.
