We made the unfortunate mistake of hiring this company to clean the carpets in our home. Two technicians arrived for the service. We specifically asked them not to enter our home with their shoes on, yet they ignored our request and replied, “Our shoes are clean.” Shoes worn outdoors can never be considered clean. We used AAA to clean our carpets that haven't been cleaned in 10 years. Very happy with the results and the man who did the job was very nice and friendly. Will be using them again in the future.
