Renewing my drivers license was quick and easy, way better than the DMV in Norwalk, CT.
Service was fast and efficient. Photo came out great!
This office is way better than going to that ridiculous Norwalk office. The people in the Norwalk office should take a lesson in customer service from the AAA folks.
This place is the best place to go if you have to renew your license. The people who work here are so friendly and helpful. Getting my license i was in and out within a 1/2 hour unlike DMV sitting there for hours. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
It was worse than any experience I've ever had at the DMV. It was not easier and I will never go there again. First off, there was no order so after my passport was passed along for a new license, people were being called at random. When it finally came to be my turn, it had been an hour an a half (I went at 11:45 am on a weekday). On top of that, the staffer was rude and actually said to me "Better make sure you can actually hold onto this one this time," when she passed me my card. Outstanding services were provided by an excellent representative (a woman). She was knowledgeable about the product she introduced (movie tickets). I ended up purchasing 6 packages for Christmas gifts. Another big plus is the DMV location that is so convenient. Very happy customer.
Very helpful (unlike the DMV). I arrived a few documents short for the drivers license application and the person manning the desk made a few suggestions as to how I could get them without returning the many miles back to my home. She saved me time and effort. Very grateful.

I went on a Saturday morning to renew my driver's license, instead of going to the DMV. The staff was so helpful, and I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes! I was so pleased with this service and would recommend it to anyone.
