Sparkling Carpets, the name defines their service. They are a professional lot, and did a fantastic job with our carpets. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK !!! – I contacted this company because they were "bonded and insured" came highly regarded on city search and yelp and guaranteed technicians with 15 years of experience. The techs that came to our home were maybe 20 years old and they belonged to a sub contractor. The cleaning unit they used leaked water onto our hardwood floors in the hall and caused damage. Our technician did not spill water on their hardwood floors. The customers wife was home, she inspected everything before we left. She did not notice any water. The customer called us "12 hours later" to report water on their "runner". There was existing damage from a previous flood. Rather than refuse to do anything we tried to solve the problem. splendid work – The person who came (sorry not sure of his name) was very nice and he did an excellent job. The next day we got an email asking for our feedback , we replied thanking them for a job well done,and told them that we will be using their services again .it was really nice of them to email and ask for feedback .
totally satisfied .. – They came in around 1 hour late though they did call me twice to tell me that?well it was atleast nice of them to call and let me know that they will be coming in late..they came and finished their work very quickly and efficiently ?.my rugs looks better. back to their original color?.
stains gone !~~! – the gentleman they sent over recognized the stains made in the carpet and gave a gist of what exactly needs to be done considering the fabric of the carpet and also its age. He cleaned the carpet in about an hours time and Im very pleased with the result that was obtained .If I need any more cleaning will definitely call you
Good job – They came at our apartment last week. They called me and informed that they are running late. They arrived 1 hr late and start job. They were in hurry because of their next job. Service was so fast but I got some spots were still in dining room. They cleaned twice my dining room. They can get 5 star rating if they arrive on time. I happy with service and cleaning - RECOMMENDED.
Dismal job and very poor customer service Avoid this company! – I am only giving one star because that is the lowest possible. Very poor quality work.
