Tech was over 2 hours late, showed up smoking and not professional. Customer Service was horrible. Hopefully there is another pool service in the area!
RecommendedGreat staff. Always willing to help you any way they can. Always helpful with testing your water and any analyzing your problem. Always get back with you in timely fashion. Beautiful store.
Excellent Customer Service
The sales team was a big help. We called ahead and they had it ready for us and even loaded it.
Professional pool service.
Tried them out as our first year of pool owners. We were told we wouldn’t be billed until we knew the total. Well surprise we were billed ahead of time anyway and when we brought it to their attention we were told they would make up for it this opening season for the pool and now that it’s time to take ownership and be honorable they all of a sudden deny totally what was arranged before. I have never in my life seen a company that is so low and treats customers horribly! Take people’s money but give them the wrong liner for their pool, doesn’t fix repairs correctly! By the reviews I have seen I don’t know how you can treat some differently then others! I would never use this company! Byers Beware!
