This facility would not return phone messages regarding me wanting to cancel auto pay on 2 units I rent there ($130 per month). They don't answer thr phone all the time and are horrible at returning phone calls. They proceeded to draft the auto pay even though I specifically stated to NOT do so since they would not answer a phone call or return my calls.
