The staff here was very helpful and friendly ONLY when it was time setup a "contract" and record a credit card number on the initial visit... HOWEVER - after that, it NEVER happened again. After a vehicle battery went dead from sitting too long in storage, they were no help AT ALL with a jump - although they easily could have been. And once the storage was no longer needed, on the first day of the month, I was told that storage should have been canceled 10 days earlier, "per contract" and that the extra month charge to the c... read more
