hard to get in and out of. every month i had had some type of billing issue and my billing is automatically taken out or is suppose to be. Three times now i have been charged wrong. Last month I went by 3 times and no manager there and could not even get in to pay what they had messed up. Drafts are suppose to be same time, same payment. Then they added automatically over $40 a month for insurance on my bill! what!!! said it was manatory all of a sudden. heck I can have everything i own insured for that in renters insurance ... read more
Very pleasant friendly very informative I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unit.
Great facility, excellent service, love the out of the way location but private gate coded service meets my needs 24/7. Been here since 2019 wish they gave discounts for anniversary of use but oh well .
