Sadly, had this been a few years ago it would have been 5 stars. I have had a unit here for 10 years. I had my husband get a unit here 5 years ago, since he has gotten 2 more for his business. Together we have 4 for our businesses & personal use. It used to be that we had access to the trash, the management would let you use the bathroom inside, the access hours meant you had actual access til that time. NOW, the trash is locked, they send you to an on site porta-potty & the new management kicks you out at 6 which is office ... read more
....AAA is the best storage area I ever had the pleasure of conducting business with. Not lightly do I post this, on the contrary have had places since 1998, with 5 different firms...Bearable. who wants to move thingsv2Xs?...Ralph is a very knowing gentlemen and gave freely of his time expertise...AAA is the place, to at least scratch one of life's aggravations... Used this storage for 18 months. Very clean and they have a lift for your heavy furniture which made an upstairs storage easy. Very professional staff and I felt all of my things were safe. No bugs or rodents. Everything was in perfect condition. I would definately use them again
