I haven't been here for ages. And when the management greets me with a nice warm welcome and concern as to how I've been, that's what it's about for me these days. That's when I know my stuffiz safe.
The facility itself is nothing fancy, just a normal storage facility. However, the guy that runs the place, Ralph, runs the place with integrity. Once you’re in he’ll treat you like a good neighbor. Place is kept clean and organized and I think tries his best to keep it that way.
I'm new to this storage facility and I would give it a 5-star rating if it wasn't for the fact that is not climate controlled I mean it's so sweltering hot at this time of year . The Manager and staff are great. Especially Ralph!
Great place to use for storage. Quite, clean no problems. Ralph was very helpful and made opening and closing a smooth process. Thank You AAA Self-Storage on Saturn in HB.
