I went to this branch to get a temporary handicap placard for my wife who is unable to walk at the moment. I was told by the front desk lady that my wife is required to be there in person (not true for California). She then said my wife also has to be added to my AAA membership to get the placard as well. She then started questioning if I even have AAA membership and insisted on me just adding my wife to my plan since it's so "cheap".
