I was on hold for over an hour without anyone ever answering the line. Although I was offered a voicemail-and-callback option, attempting to use it triggered an automated message stating that voicemails are not permitted at this location, effectively blocking that route as well. There is simply no way to get a hold of anyone by phone.
This review is 100% based on the horrible phone system which makes it impossible to connect with anyone locally to discuss options before visiting the office. No one ever answers the call, voicemail are not even options for a callback. Waste of time.
I needed to get my international driving permit. I called ahead of time and I was met with a welcoming greeting as soon as I walked in. The employee I worked with was very kind and knowledgeable. Bonus: there’s a nice discount for members! I spent maybe 20 mins there and left with the document in hand. Thank you for efficient and thorough service!
One of their truck drivers nearly killed me on the road tonight. He pulled out of a gas station, turning left, without even looking to see if there were vehicles in the lane he was turning into. I swerved into the curb to avoid getting killed by him. It's been impossible to get in touch with AAA to tell them about their delinquent driver.
